Taylor passed 18,400 residents in 2025, pulled up by the Samsung plant and the new neighborhoods around it. A lot of homes here have changed hands, and many came with a pool the new owner or landlord knows little about. Our weekly service takes it from there:
Each stop covers skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and the baskets, followed by a water test and adjustment. The equipment gets a once-over on the way out.
For pools that sat untouched through a sale or a vacancy. We shock, scrub, and run the filter until the water clears, and the quote depends on the starting point.
Older pumps, heaters, filters, and timers, plus the salt systems and automation on newer builds. You get a repair price, and a replacement price when that makes more sense.
We take cartridge, sand, and DE filters apart, clean them, and inspect each piece. Pricing is flat at $150, and the version with an equipment check is $200.
Scale on the plates slowly cuts how much chlorine a salt cell can make. We remove the scale and test the cell’s output before we leave.
For pools where the owner or tenant does the brushing. We handle the water balance, the baskets, and a pump and filter check.
Our home base in Hutto sits about 10 miles west on US-79. That makes Taylor one of the shortest drives on our route, which helps when a pump quits in the middle of the week.
The first visit includes a look at the pump, filter, heater, and plumbing. We text you what we find, including anything close to the end of its life, before it becomes an emergency.
If a rental sits empty between tenants, or you move in and want to take over the brushing, you can move between our three plans instead of canceling service.
Many Taylor homes are rentals now. We report to the owner or property manager, so tenants are not left to judge the water or remember to call about a problem.

In most cases, yes. Pools often go green while a home is on the market or between owners. Green to clean is built for exactly this: we kill the algae, scrub the walls and floor, and clear out the filter. Expect more than one visit for a pool that has sat for months. Draining is rarely needed. Once it is clear, weekly service keeps it that way.
Sometimes. A leaking seal or a failed capacitor on an older pump is often a cheap fix. When the motor itself is gone, replacing the pump usually makes more sense. Since July 2021, federal efficiency rules have required most new inground pool pumps to be variable-speed models, which cost less to run than the single-speed pumps on many older Taylor pools. Our equipment repairs quote covers both options.
Yes. Tenants do not need to be home, and we only need a gate code or an unlocked latch on service day. Billing and updates go to you or your property manager. Service keeps running between tenants, so the next renter moves in to a clean pool. Landlords usually choose our weekly pool cleaning plan so nothing is left to the tenant.
All of it. We service pools in the historic Doak neighborhood near downtown, Mallard Park and North Park by Murphy Park, and newer subdivisions like Castlewood and Grove at Bull Creek. Taylor’s tap water is treated surface water from Granger Lake, supplied through the Brazos River Authority. Like any tap water, it leaves some calcium behind, and in a salt pool that calcium collects on the cell plates. We check the cell each visit, and our salt cell cleaning clears that buildup when it starts to cut chlorine output.
