Yes. Once your builder finishes the first weeks of care and hands the pool over, it goes on a weekly route like any other pool. New plaster and pebble finishes need regular brushing in their first months, and brushing is part of every full-service visit. Reach out before the handoff and we will have it on the schedule.
Yes, and both are common on newer Leander pools. Leander’s water comes from Lake Travis, and the city’s 2024 water quality report lists its hardness at 194 ppm. That calcium slowly coats the plates in a salt cell, so our salt cell cleaning keeps the cell making chlorine. We also diagnose and repair automation panels, pumps, and the rest of your equipment.

Yes. Chlorine lasts longer in cold water, but the debris keeps coming. Live oaks drop most of their leaves in late winter and early spring, and a clogged basket slows circulation. On winter visits we also check that freeze protection is set, so the pump runs on freezing nights and the pipes do not crack.
