Frequently Asked Questions

In the Austin area, weekly service is the standard we recommend. With 300+ days of sun, regular wind-blown debris, and high temperatures that accelerate chemical breakdown, skipping even one week can lead to cloudy water, rising chemical costs, and the beginning of algae growth. Our weekly plans keep your pool consistently clean and balanced so problems don’t have a chance to develop.

Every visit includes water chemistry testing and chemical balancing, surface skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and tile, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, and a full equipment check. We look at your pump, filter, heater, and salt cell (if applicable) every time we’re there. You get a complete service, not just a quick skim.

We’re based in Hutto, TX, and serve a 30-mile radius covering Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Westlake Hills, and Austin. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our service area, give us a call at (512) 522-2823 and we’ll let you know.

Our weekly service plans start at $145/month plus chemicals for our Chemical Service tier, $185/month plus chemicals for Alternating Service, and $225/month plus chemicals for Full Service. The right plan depends on your pool’s needs, size, and how much you want us to handle. We offer free estimates so you can see exactly what you’re getting before committing.

Simple: if your pool develops algae while you’re on our weekly service plan, we come back every day at no additional charge until the water is clear and algae-free. We don’t think you should pay extra for a problem that happened on our watch.

Green to Clean is our algae recovery service for pools that have turned green from neglect, equipment failure, or chemical imbalance. We shock the pool, brush all surfaces, run the filtration system, and return as many times as needed until the water is clear. It’s one of our most requested services, especially in spring when pools that sat over winter need serious attention.

Yes, always. We’ll come out, take a look at your pool and equipment, and give you an honest assessment of what service plan makes sense. No pressure, no hidden fees. Call (512) 522-2823 or fill out the form on our contact page.

Texas winters are mild enough that your pool still needs attention, just less frequently. Leaves, debris, and fluctuating temperatures can throw off your chemistry and clog your equipment. Most of our customers either maintain their weekly plan year-round or switch to a reduced schedule during the cooler months. We’re happy to advise on what makes sense for your setup.

Common signs include unusual pump noise, rising filter pressure, cloudy water despite proper chemical levels, the heater not producing heat, and visible leaks around equipment. If something seems off, call us. We include equipment inspections in every weekly visit, so our regular customers benefit from early detection of problems before they become expensive repairs.

We work on all three major filter types: DE (diatomaceous earth), cartridge, and sand. Each type has different cleaning intervals and maintenance needs. We’ll assess your specific filter during our initial visit and let you know what maintenance schedule makes sense.

Absolutely. We maintain plenty of saltwater pools across the Austin area. Saltwater systems need specific attention, including salt cell cleaning, monitoring salinity levels, and ensuring the chlorine generator is working properly. We handle all of that as part of our service.

Call us at (512) 522-2823 or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll schedule a time to come look at your pool, discuss what you need, and give you a free estimate. Once you approve, we get you on the schedule, usually within the same week.
